Residential Property Solicitor

OUR CLIENT Well established full service national firm THE ROLE We have a new vacancy for a Property Solicitor 2 PQE + with experience of residential property/plot sales to join an established and busy Real Estate team You will be working on a property matters for clients ranging from developers to social housing providers You will play a key role in the delivery of a seamless service at all stages from exchange of contracts, through to completion and registration. The post-holder will also be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day supervision, training and development of junior team members THE CANDIDATE To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a sold track record and a strong academic background, ideally gaining a 2:1 at degree level. 2 + PQE as a solicitor, CILEx Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer You will have experience dealing with Land Contracts, in a development context, and volume residential conveyancing or plot sales You will have excellent administration and organisation skills, ready to make a career move to a new an exciting role offering a significant level of responsibility Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
