Southeast London, Surrey £50,000 - £70,000 W/28402 Residential Property Solicitor - This medium sized, well established multi office practice, based in an affluent area of Surrey and Kent has asked us to find them a further senior Residential Property Solicitor to join their team at Senior Associate level and looking to head towards Partnership. About The Role They are looking for a commercially aware Lawyer with relevant experience in handing a busy and HNW caseload of well valued residential transactions including, freehold and leasehold residential, sales, purchases and re-mortgages and the acquisition of development sites and related estate conveyancing. Secretarial support will be provided and knowledge of case management software and CQS accreditation would be of distinct advantage. Candidate Requirements They are looking for a Solicitor with at least 5 years relevant property experience and who is commercially minded, astute and an all-round team player. You will need to have experience of managing HNW transactions and an excellent manner when dealing with clients.
