JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor PQE: 5-7 years LOCATION: London SALARY: £65 70K THE ROLE: This small practice is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their team. You will be managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, advising clients on sales, purchases, and remortgages of residential properties. You will be drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents whilst also conducting due diligence, including title investigations and property searches. THE CANDIDATE: The successful Residential Property Solicitor will have 5-7 years PQE in residential conveyancing along with a strong technical knowledge of residential property law. You should be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
