Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
* Manage a caseload efficiently and autonomously while adhering to deadlines.
* Provide expert legal advice to clients, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
* Collaborate with support teams and senior partners for guidance, development, and best practice.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and conveyancing procedures.
Key Requirements:
* A proven track record in residential conveyancing (ideally 2+ years of experience).
* Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes, legal frameworks, and relevant legislation.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
* A commitment to high-quality service delivery and attention to detail.
* Experience working with case management systems and MS Office Suite.
