Job Description

We’re looking for a Residential Sales Analyst to join our client’s team.
This role will support the Sales and Marketing Department by providing market insights, sales data, and competitor analysis to optimise pricing strategies and sales performance.

  • Full-time, 35 hours per week
  • \n
  • \nRates: £25.63 ph PAYE / Umbrella rate TBC
  • \n
Your Role:
    \n
  • Conduct detailed market analysis to evaluate land acquisitions and sales strategies.
  • \n
  • Analyse competitor pricing, incentives, and product innovations.
  • \n
  • Gather and interpret sales data from Rightmove, Zoopla, Molior, and Land Insight.
  • \n
  • Produce high-quality reports and presentations to support decision-making.
  • \n
  • Monitor and assess trends in the residential and new homes market.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with the Senior Sales Business Analyst and Sales Managers to inform pricing and development strategies.
  • \n
  • Support governance processes by providing data for investment and strategy papers.
  • \n
What We’re Looking For:
    \n
  • Experience in data analysis within the housing or property sector.
  • \n
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of new home pricing, sales trends, and market drivers.
  • \n
  • Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to interpret and present complex data to senior stakeholders.
  • \n
  • A detail-oriented and proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
