We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Site Manager to join a prominent developer based in Sevenoaks, specializing in large-scale residential projects.

The Role: As a Residential Site Manager, you will be the number 1 on site, overseeing the delivery of building developments comprising over 100 units. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage all site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams to achieve project milestones.


• Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.


• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.


• Manage project budgets and resources efficiently to ensure profitability.


• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically as the number 1 on site for residential developments exceeding 100 units.


• Strong background in traditional build and timber frame construction methods.


• Excellent leadership and team management skills.


• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
