Your Role: Supporting Growth and Building Memories

In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day care of our young people, ensuring their routines go smoothly, helping with schoolwork, organising activities, and creating memorable experiences. You'll help them start each day positively, engage them in fun activities during evenings and weekends-whether it's a football game, film night, or go-karting outing. No two days are alike, and every interaction helps guide each young person toward a positive

Bonuses: In addition to your base salary you'll do 1-2 sleep ins per month, these are paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £1,760 per year) and £1,400 Attendance Allowance - assuming good attendance, £1,000 Welcome Bonus - on successful completion of probation & £1,000 Loyalty Bonus (after 12 months of employment)
