Salary: Up to �29,890 per Annum�
Location: Kent / Sittingbourne / Ramsgate�
Our client already holds a huge presence in the children's residential care�sector and�is rapidly growing,�specialising in children with complex�support needs such as�autism, challenging behaviour and learning difficulties.�
Recently receiving 'Good' ratings from Ofsted, they are dedicated to going the extra mile and providing the best support in the industry, thus now aiming for 'Outstanding' rating from Ofsted upon their next inspection.�

- Residential�Support Worker will work closely with service users,�to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users.�

- Previous�experience at support worker level within a residential Ofsted regulated setting��(Essential)�
- Already hold or willingness to complete Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care�(Essential)
