Residential Support Worker - Children's Residential Care
Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire (AL10)
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a care or support role (children's residential experience preferred)
Qualifications: No formal qualifications required - full training provided!

We are opening our first children's residential home in Hatfield (AL10) - a 2-bed service for young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). We are looking for two compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers (RSWs) to join our team and help create a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for the children in our care.

About the Role:

As a Residential Support Worker, you will:

• Support young people with daily routines, education, and emotional well-being
• Build positive relationships and act as a role model
• Encourage independence and life skills development
• Assist in implementing individual care plans
• Work as part of a supportive and dedicated team

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in a care, support, or similar role (children's residential experience is a plus!)
• A caring, patient, and resilient personality
• Commitment to making a real difference in young people's lives
• Willingness to learn and develop - full training and career progression provided!
