Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 3:30

Salary: £100 - £110 per day

Monarch education, part of affinity workforce, are working closely with a primary school located in Northfield with the DRB ignite multi academy trust.

\n

The school are looking for a TA to work in their SEND resource base supporting year 1 pupils who are working at 18 months in the mornings and then small groups of SEND pupils / general TA across all years in the afternoon.

\n

They are looking for someone who as a positive outlook on life, confident with leading small groups and is who is child centred and always willing to go the extra mile for any children in their care and to able to work well within a team.

\n

Qualifications and Experience:

\n

\n
• (Preferably) hold's a level 3 teaching assistant or related qualification
\n
• Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting that we can reference in the last 2 years
\n
• Able to control challenging behaviour
\n
• Experience working within the care sector or with individuals with SEND needs
\n
• Knowledge and understanding of SEND practices.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
\n
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the school and students.
\n
