Hours:
28 hours per week (fixed), with the working pattern/schedule flexible and negotiable upon successful offer.

Permanent role with an initial one-year fixed-term contract, to be extended subject to funding.

NJC Pay Scale SO1.23 - Pro Rata: £32,076 FTE

WOMEN'STEC is a social enterprise based in North Belfast, established to address the need for non-traditional training and employment opportunities for women in industries such as construction, engineering, and IT.

Purpose of the role:
This pivotal role will oversee the smooth co-ordination of workshop spaces, facilities, and outreach delivery. The Resource & Facilities Co-ordinator will work closely with staff, tutors, and students to ensure resources are efficiently managed, enabling the successful delivery of courses and events. The post-holder will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards while supporting the long-term sustainability of WOMEN'STEC's programmes.

Facilities Co-ordinator, Resources Manager, Facilities Officer, Operations Co-ordinator, Health & Safety Officer, Resources & Facilities Manager, Design Technology Teacher, Workshop Facilitator, Technical Instructor, Design & Technology Technician or Vocational Lecturer (e.g., Trades, Construction, Horticulture, or IT fields).
