An exciting Consultancy that partners with high-profile brands is evolving their team in Camberley and offering a fabulous new opportunity for a Resource Manager. The role will support the Directors and Senior Consultants in allocating appropriate resources to create the project team for signed projects and align potential options for prospective projects.
The Resource Manager will provide a single point of contact across the business, managing the resourcing of all projects to help optimise utilisation and profitability. The role will involve issuing project service agreements for Associates, managing the sign-offof invoices against deliverables, liaising with clients and the Programme Manager to coordinate workshop timings, resources and systems, and maintaining a resource tracker for all live and potential projects.
Our client is looking for a proactive, solution driven Resource Manager who will identify and resolve any resourcing challenges or gaps to ensure project time framesare met. The RM will manage the life-cycleof the projects, capturing learnings along the way that will drive improvement, and coordinate the completion of end of project reviews. Some ad hoc tasks and projects to support the Head of Operations will also arise.

Great interpersonal skills with ability to form and maintain strong relationships
A natural problem solver
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong MS Office skills, and ideally experience of PSA Software
Salesforce skills would be an advantage but not essential
The Consultancy is offering:
£40K + yearly discretionary bonus
Hybrid working 3/2 Camberley office/home
Part time hours can be discussed (hours need to be across 5 days)

5% company pension contribution (rising to 8%)
