Resource Planning Co-ordinator

Be at the heart of our Burton Distribution Centre, driving efficiency and success across all functions. You'll play a crucial role in planning, ensuring our internal and external customers have the resources, skills, and accuracy to meet forecasted demands. From coordinating product flow to maintaining key data sets, your efforts will keep our warehouse and customer deliveries running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile agency hours & prepare weekly reports
• Analyse productivity & plan future activities
• Manage rotas, holidays, and staffing records
• Collaborate with agencies & update KPIs
• Ensure accurate data handling & integrity

Skills Needed:

• Strong Excel & data management
• Superb organisation & time management
• Attention to detail & process-driven mindset
• Excellent communication & teamwork
• Knowledge of warehouse safety & supply chain processes

Hours of Work:

37.5 hours per week working day shifts working a 5 over 7 including weekends on a rotational basis.

Salary :

Negotiable depending on experience £25k to £30k per annum
