Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Improve operational efficiency by utilizing decision support systems.
  • Communicate and ensure compliance with internal and external policies, legal guidelines, and labour laws.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers, authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop resource planning teams, focusing on performance and succession planning.
  • Support sustainability initiatives by optimizing resources and contributing to energy and emissions reduction goals.
  • Ensure safe and secure operations across all areas.

Profile

The successful candidate would have:

  • Proven track record in resource optimization in a labour-intensive business.
  • Experience working across multiple product lines and geographic business units.
  • Direct P&L responsibility for a similar-sized, complex business, with financial knowledge in labour costs, fleet costs, and forecasting.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to travel, hold a UK driving license, and obtain security clearance.
