Resourcer

Axi Recruitment is seeking a Resourcer to join our recruitment team based in Hull, to support with candidate resourcing for our sister company Axi Design & Engineering.

The role will include assisting our Director and the wider team with generating a qualified pool of candidates for Engineering and Technical disciplines for Axi Design and its sector-specific clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate a pipeline of candidates for Engineering and Technical roles using job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter, matching to the role specifications.


• Pre-screen these candidates to identify role fit, culture fit, and to discuss the vacancies with candidates in further detail.


• Profile CVs into a standard company format.


• Liaise with candidates throughout the interview process, organising Teams/Zoom meetings, onsite interviews, site tours etc.


• Data entry into the recruitment CRM system.


• Support the team with any additional ad-hoc duties as needed.

Experience:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal


• IT proficiency including Microsoft package (Excel, Word and Outlook)


• Good attention to detail


• Time management and ability to prioritise workload


• Ability to work on own initiative as well as within a team


• Would suit a junior recruiter or graduate
