Resourcing & Compliance Officer

As we introduce The Supply Register to Further Education, we are looking to appoint a hardworking, dynamic, and committed individual to join us on our journey. The successful applicants will support our North, Central, and South regions, helping resource and clear suitable candidates for our partner college locations.

Who are we looking for? We are seeking a Resourcing & Compliance Officer. You will work alongside a Partnership Executive to support candidate attraction and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the candidate pipeline
• Effectively headhunting for candidates via online databases
• Advertising vacancies through various job boards and social media channels
• Attending job and university fairs
• Collaborating with the wider partnership team to develop new and existing candidate attraction strategies
• Providing an excellent candidate care journey to all our candidates
• Guiding candidates through the full registration process
• Ensuring candidates are fully vetted and compliant with DfE, Keeping Children Safe in Education, and industry standards

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in resourcing or compliance roles
• Confidence and motivation to work independently
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to network and devise new resourcing strategies
• Motivation and drive to succeed and grow with the company
