Our client, a renowned UK charity supporting children with brain injuries and neurodisabilities, is looking for an experienced Paediatric Respiratory Nurse to take on a leadership role. This is an exciting opportunity to shape respiratory care for children with complex needs while working in a supportive and fulfilling environment.
Key Responsibilities:
\n- Lead the development of paediatric respiratory care within the clinical team
\n- Oversee respiratory assessments, care plans, and tracheostomy clinics for children
\n- Manage acute respiratory care and ventilation for paediatric patients
\n- Provide training and mentorship to Paediatric Respiratory Nurses and staff
\n- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and best practices
\n
Salary & Benefits:\n- Competitive salary up to £58,500 per annum
\n- 37.5 hours per week (mixed shifts)
\n- 35 days holiday (inclusive of Public/Bank Holidays)
