We are looking for dedicated and experienced Specialist Nurses to join our Respiratory Team at Randstad. As part of this team, you will play a crucial role in providing specialist assessments, patient education, and clinic-based care to individuals with respiratory conditions.
✅ Provide specialist assessment and management of patients with respiratory conditions.
✅ Deliver patient education and self-management strategies for conditions such as COPD, asthma, and pulmonary fibrosis.
✅ Conduct clinic-based assessments and follow-ups to monitor patient progress.
✅ Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalised care plans.
✅ Support hospital inpatients and outpatients, ensuring continuity of care.
🔹 Registered Nurse (NMC) with specialist respiratory experience.
🔹 Experience in managing chronic respiratory conditions.
🔹 Knowledge of spirometry, oxygen therapy, and non-invasive ventilation (desirable).
🔹 Excellent patient communication and education skills.
🔹 Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
🔹 Passion for improving respiratory patient outcomes.
