Our client is an international law firm considered one of the largest firm’s in the world and recognised by prominent business and legal publications for its innovations in client service, they are now looking for a creative and driven Responsible Business Communications & Engagement Specialist to join their busy team in their London offices on a permanent basis.The main responsibilities for the Responsible Business Communications & Engagement Specialist will be to shape and deliver an impactful communications strategy and associated plans that raise awareness of the firm’s Responsible Business approach both internally and externally while maximising engagement with the firm’s internal and external stakeholders. KEY DUTIES INCLUDE: Delivering the Responsible Business communications plans ensuring integration across the Firm.Devising impactful and engaging multi-channel campaigns that generate high levels of emotion and feeling to drive and maximize engagement and impact at all levels and in all offices across the region.Guiding and supporting the Responsible Business team colleagues on appropriate communications tools and channels.Working with the Responsible Business Team Assistant to keep the team pages of the intranet up-to-date, considering the structure to maximize engagement.Ensuring that all activities are carried out in full compliance with our regulatory requirements and internal policies.Working with the HRIS team to create regular, visually impactful Responsible Business reporting (headcount/progress v targets, etc.) to enhance data-driven decision-making and drive understanding and engagement.The Responsible Business Communications & Engagement Specialist will have experience developing compelling communications plans and campaigns through a variety of channels - telling engaging and powerful stories and having an understanding of the creative design process. Along with proven experience in leveraging communications to drive behavioural and cultural shifts. It is essential to possess strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, organisation and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
