We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant General Manager to head up the food concept in this luxury 4-star hotel, with an exciting refurb project underway we are seeking a dynamic, driven leader who can oversee the food and beverage and drive exceptional guest experiences with your team.
The Perks

Salary basic of £50,000
20% annual bonus

The Place
A luxury hotel in central Bath. This 100-bedroom hotel is due to embark on a multi-million-pound transformation which will see all the guest rooms, public area space and F&B fully refurbished and will also include a luxury spa faciality.
The restaurant will be the most exciting place to eat and drink in Bath and beyond with beautifully designed dining area with open plan kitchen where the team will prepare local, seasonal ingredients over open fire. Complementing the restaurant will be a luxurious bar, intimate snug and terrace(s).
The Person
The Successful Restaurant General Manager will have the following:
High end Restaurant Manager experience in a fast paced, city centre environment.
Be a confident and natural people person who can lead from the front and deliver exceptional customer service
Passion for great food, drinks and service.
Experience with multi outlets preferably.
Experience with all day dining concepts
Good knowledge of the local market and trends.
