Hub Box is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the Dorchester team.
Serving up burgers, fries, cocktails & craft beer in the heart of Brewery Square!
If you are hands-on & can cook in a high-energy kitchen & have a genuine passion for quality & provenance then we want to hear from you.
Collaborate with the Kitchen Team to lead in ensuring what is served is consistently cooked to spec & our standards are never compromised & that what our front-of-house team serves to our guests is delicious, consistent & on spec always
Support the Sous Chef & Head Chef in the day-to-day kitchen duties
Ensure strict compliance with food safety & health & safety regulations
Coach, mentor & train the Chef & Kitchen Assistant team
Support the Sous Chef & Head Chef with ordering, stock takes & GP’s
