Who We're Looking For:
A proven track record as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume hotel restaurant.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage guest volumes and service schedules.
Passionate, creative, and sophisticated with the ability to mentor and grow your team.
Flexibility to manage varied shifts, ensuring a balanced schedule with no constant late-night dinners.
