Restaurant manager required for a multi Rosette awarded fine dining restaurant in North Yorkshire, live in is available on site. The restaurant has a great standard, they are serving well-presented rosette dishes. Restaurant manager upto £34k salary + 2.5k tips/service, 45hrs.
The role
As a Restaurant manager you will manage the Restaurant on a day to day basis under the GM. You will ensure the restaurant is ready for service, spot inspectors and vip these tables, you will ensure the staff are all trained the standards are of a good standard. You will ensure a 3 rosette level of service. this role will include all the normal Restaurant manager duties.
Experience
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager from a fresh food background within rosette and fine dining, ideally a 3 rosette level background. You will have a food and wine passion, you will be organised and able to run a front of house service.
