Join our client as an Assistant Manager. /p p As Assistant Manager you will: /p ul li Recruit and training of FOH staff /li li Coach and manage the staff as required /li li Record staff hours and prepare for payroll submission /li li Plan and prepare rotas and holiday cover /li li Place all orders to do with FOH (e.g. wine cleaning materials crockery etc.) /li li Take bookings and organise table plans /li li Run and oversee services /li li Handle any customer complaints or issues during service /li li Liaise and work with the kitchen regarding parties, spec /li li Cash up at the end of each service /li li Weekly banking and the division of tips /li li Overseeing emails and basic paperwork involved with cashing up and monitoring stock /li /ul p The Assistant Manager will have: /p ul li Excellent communication skills /li li Previous experience working in the hospitality industry with a focus on restaurants /li li Ability to liaise at all levels and ensure a smooth and efficient service /li li High levels of customer service /li li Benefits include excellent tips, a lovely Christmas & New Year shut down, and much more /li /ul p You will be expected to work 6 shifts per week, made up of a mixture of day and evening shifts, where a day starts at about 10 am until 5 pm and an evening shift from 4 pm until close, between 10.30 and 12.
