Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and hospitality. Manage and train front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring they adhere to company standards and policies. Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll. Monitor and control inventory, including ordering supplies and managing costs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
