What's involved?

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth operation for the Hotel guests and outside diners.

Your responsibilities will include running the restaurant and bar area, whilst having some involvement in their events side of the business - rotas, ordering and team training.

The Ideal person will -

Have a strong work ethic and be full of energy
Have a passion and experience within a Hotel environment
Be able to work a mixture of shift patterns, latest finish is 1am
Have your own transport due to restricted public transport.
