Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of front-of-house staff across all three restaurants, ensuring they deliver exceptional service.
Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ensure that every guest has a positive dining experience by maintaining high standards of service and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
Monitor and manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability while maintaining the quality of service and product.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-volume, multi-outlet environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A deep understanding of the hospitality industry, including food and beverage management.
