The Coppid Beach Hotel (Bracknell) is looking for a new Restaurant Manager.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences and are now seeking a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team.
Your main tasks will include...
Ensure that the day to day operations in Rowans Restaurant and Room Service are running to the required standards.
Leading and managing the team to provide exceptional customer service
To train and develop the departmental staff and supervisors in customer care and standards
Working with the Head Chef to continuously evolve the menu with seasonal produce changes
Ensuring all company policies and procedures, including health and safety, are maintained to an excellent level
Ensure communication is affective within the Food & Beverage and the Hotel
Be aware of and able to control the weekly rota for all areas
Handling customer feedback promptly and professionally
What we are looking for...
Minimum of 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, ideally in a multi outlet establishment
Strong product knowledge, including menu and ingredients
Excellent communication skills and a supportive approach
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and multitask
