Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing a team
Competency in financial management
Capable of managing multiple tasks
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring all services meet the high standards expected in a luxury environment
Actively engage with guests to collect feedback
Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff
Work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to develop and update menus
Manage the restaurants budget, control inventory, and analyse financial
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the restaurants image
