Restaurant Manager Location: Ballymena Hours of work: Varied hours, 5 days out of 7 including weekends GenTech Recruitment are seeking a Restaurant Manager for our client based in Ballymena. About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. You will collaborate with other restaurant managers and report to the Restaurant Operations Manager. Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations and leading a team of 35-40 staff, including supervisors, waitstaff, and bar staff, to ensure the highest quality services and experiences for our guests. Duties: Efficiently run the restaurant on a day-to-day basis under the guidance of the Restaurant Operations Manager. Provide friendly, efficient service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality. Ensure adequate staff coverage while achieving budgeted wage percentages. Assist in the management, training, and leadership of the team to consistently meet and exceed standards. Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about the correct use, safe handling, and security of all equipment in the food and beverage service areas. Experience Required: Minimum of 2 consecutive years of restaurant management/supervising experience. Experience in a high-paced, busy restaurant environment. Proficiency in opening and closing procedures, including till reconciliations and key holder duties.
