Restaurant Manager for a Busy Gastro Pub
Whats the role?
Take full accountability for our 60 seater restaurant, 3 private dining rooms & garden service.
Work closely with our Head Chef to be an innovative driver of the service and experience.
Being a leader in developing your restaurant team, elevating their product knowledge & service standards on a daily basis.
To be a passionate foodie and restauranteur who understands what exceptional service is.
To stay on top of guest requests and search for opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests, empowering the team to do that too.
Ensuring our for farm to fork ethos and kitchen garden becomes a way of life within our restaurant.
To effectively manage guest complaints, escalating if required
Creating a culture of professional yet fun across your team and throughout service.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen, your managers, your team and the guests
Ensuring operational standards are delivered & adhered to such as rotas/targets/health & safety standards.
