up to £34,000 plus Tronc of £3k a year
Need to be able to drive due to rural location

A award winning Hotel and Restaurant in a stunning location on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales is looking for an enthusiastic, mature and hard working Restaurant Manager to join the small team of this popular venue serving multi rosette , award winning locally sourced food with a small number of rooms.
As Restaurant Manager you will work closely with the Gm and the rest of the small team . This is a role where you can really achieve your potentialand involved in all day to day running of this successful business
You will have good restaurant , hotel, bar experience . This Manager role will suit a an existing Assistant / Restaurant manager , supervisor or experienced team member . 2/ 3 rosette experience would be ideal.
ThisRestaurantManagerposition is a full time, permanent role
