We are assisting in the recruitment of a Restaurant General Manager to lead the F&B operation within this large retail outlet. �The restaurant trades 7-days per week, between 9am to 5pm (reduced hours on a Sunday) and has over 300 seats.
The food on offer is on a counter service style, freshly cooked with breakfast and lunch service available.� This is a well established operation, capable of generating over �3m per annum.
