The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a high standard of food quality and cleanliness. They handle scheduling, inventory, and ensure the smooth running of both the front and back of house.
Key Responsibilities : Manage daily restaurant operations and staff.
Ensure exceptional guest service and dining experience.
Handle scheduling, inventory, and ordering supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
Monitor financial performance and control costs.
Qualifications : Proven experience in restaurant management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
Must be able to work Sundays.
