We are so pleased to be assisting a family-owned luxury boutique hotel set in a charming coastal village in West Sussex. They are looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Restaurant Manager to lead their vibrant 2 Rosette restaurant team and deliver exceptional service.
This is a wonderful opportunity to bring your flair, organisation, and leadership skills to a hotel that prides itself on outstanding dining experiences.
You will drive due to the location of the hotel.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Restaurant Manager
£35,000 per annum plus £3,600 service charge
Temporary accommodation for 3 months
Working 48 hours per week
Working alongside a 2 Rosette restaurant team
Excellent training and development opportunities
Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager
Leading, training, and inspiring the front-of-house team to deliver impeccable service
Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Working closely with the kitchen and hotel teams to provide a cohesive guest experience
Managing rotas, stock, and budgets with an organised and proactive approach
Maintaining and exceeding the hotels high standards of guest satisfaction
As the Restaurant Manager, you will have experience in a similar award-winning restaurant, take pride in your work, be highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
