Our client in the Chichester area is recruiting a hands on Restaurant Manager for their popular luxury 4* Hotel and restaurant which has a fine dining restaurant, brassiere relaxed dining as well as afternoon tea service. The role is 41 hours per week working on a rota.

Restaurant Manager - The Role
Responsible for the restaurant along with Bar/Lounge, afternoon teas and functions
Managing each service
Training development of the team is very important
Welcoming and greeting all diners
This is a floor based based role with minimal paperwork

You will have an outgoing, friendly and welcoming personality
Experience of AA Rosette standards and luxury 4* hotel market
Energetic and a team leader
Outstanding trainer and coach
Good wine and spirit knowledge
