Perle Hotels are delighted to be hiring two experienced and passionate Restaurant Managers in Portree . These roles will be working in two of our three hotels on the Isle of Skye (Marmalade & the Bracken Hide) .
You will be running the breakfast service as well as the dinner service in our restaurants ( Chargrill & Am Braigh ). These are full time and permanent roles working 5 days out of 7, Monday through to Sunday 45 hours a week.
As the Restaurant Manager you will report directly into the Food and Beverage Manager and will lead and manage the restaurant and breakfast team (supervisors & team members). Working closely with the Head Chef and (in Bracken Hide) the Bar Manager, you will be ensuring the delivery of an exceptional food & beverage guest experience, as well as train, recruit and lead the front of house team.
This is a guest-facing position. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about guest service, have strong problem-solving and leadership skills, and take pride in their work. Prior experience with Resdiary, Lightspeed, Trustyou and Rotacloud systems is preferred, but not required.
Whats in it for you?
