With a strong reputation for quality and sophistication, I am now seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team to continued success.
The Role: As Restaurant Manager , you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our fine dining restaurant. Your mission is to ensure seamless service, exceptional guest experiences, and uphold the standards expected of a 5-star, award-winning establishment. You will work closely with the Head Chef, F&B Manager, and the wider hotel team to deliver excellence at every level.
