ROLE: Restaurant Team Leader
LOCATION: Derby
SALARY : around £28,000 per year plus tips and service charge.
Our client is an award winning four-star property renowned for its excellent service that is currently recruiting for a Restaurant Team Leader.
Fine dining Italian cuisine is attracting a strong audience from both hotel guests and local residents in the area and with the uptake in business, my clients are looking for an exceptional Restaurant Team Leader from a fast paced restaurant who can take the business forward.
To be considered for this role:
* We are looking for a guest focused, hands on professional Restaurant Team Leader to join us at this very exciting time in our branded Italian restaurant.
* You will ensure that our guests receive the best possible service in a relaxed environment which provides a feeling of affordable glamour.
* You will also have an eye for detail and be able to demonstrate skills gained in a similar fast paced restaurant environment.
* We would love you to have a can-do attitude too with an ability to work with and train a team.
