Their strategic direction focuses on responsible and sustainable growth, guided by ESG principles.Role Overview:As a Restructuring & Insolvency litigation Associate, you will be engaging in both non-contentious restructuring and insolvency litigation work.Key Responsibilities:Advising office holders, directors, lenders, and other stakeholders on restructuring and insolvency issues.Acting for office holders and buyers on distressed business and asset sales.Undertaking insolvency litigation, including breach of duty, transactions at undervalue, and other claims.Handling your own caseload with appropriate supervision.Assisting partners with more substantial matters, including distressed transactions and insolvency litigation.Ideal candidate:Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience.Contentious and non-contentious experience in a broad range of insolvency and restructuring matters, including distressed transactions.The ability to take on responsibility and manage files independently, where appropriate.Why Apply?If you are ready to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
