International Law Firm Seeks Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor NQ-2PQE Taylor Root has been instructed to procure a highly motivated and skilled junior solicitor with 0 to 2 years of PQE to join our client, an esteemed international law firm, in their London office. This permanent position is within the Restructuring & Insolvency team, offering a unique opportunity to work on both contentious and non-contentious matters across various sectors. Role Details: As a junior solicitor in the Restructuring & Insolvency team, you will be involved in a broad range of insolvency matters, including administrations, CVAs, receivership, liquidation, and trading claims. You will also work on fraud-related cases, directors duties, and both solvent and insolvent restructurings. The team handles high-profile cases such as securing the release of arrested vessels, advising on insolvency issues for major airlines, and acting in significant fraud claims. Your responsibilities will include providing ongoing support to clients, managing formal and informal insolvency procedures, and contributing to complex cross-border cases. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: The successful candidate; Should be an upcoming (September 24) or current UK qualified lawyer with up to 2 years of PQE Should have experience in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, gained in a well-regarded practice. Should possess excellent communication and drafting skills, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Why Apply?
