About the Role:
As a Retail Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple stores across the South West, ensuring they achieve targets, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and operate efficiently. You will lead, motivate, and develop store teams, ensuring alignment with the company's values and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving sales performance across your area to meet and exceed targets.
• Inspiring and coaching store managers to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to improve performance.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Managing recruitment, training, and succession planning within your area.
• Regularly visiting stores to support and guide teams, ensuring consistency and quality across all locations.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a retail manager in a fast paced business
• A track record of delivering results and driving improvements in performance.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• A clean, current driving licence and the flexibility to travel extensively across the South West.
