Sales Assistants

This is an exciting opportunity for Retail Assistants to join a new sports retailer in Cheshire Oaks designer outlet. You will be responsible for carrying out the front-line selling effort, driving sales revenue for the organisation, creating the ultimate experience for our customers, as well as maintaining excellent retail standards through the back-of-house operations. Retail Assistants will drive results through effective communication and a demonstrated ability to work as a member of a winning team! Retail Assistants will usually be expected to work a full time schedule which can include days, evenings, and weekends.

Contract: This will be running until the end of January.
Hours: Full time
Pay rate: �11.45
Location: Cheshire Oaks Outlet

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with customers
• Maintain sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail
• Housekeeping, cleanliness, and general standards
• Strong verbal communication skills The job duties list is not exclusive nor exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope /level of the role

This is a new store opening in November 2024 and there are several shifts and hours available to suit a full time or extra income.
