Retail & Commercial Services Manager – London - £55k – Contract Catering
We are working with a well-established national catering provider who are on the hunt for the role of Retail & Commercial Services Manager for a busy B&I style contract in London. Overseeing a team of 80+ with 4 direct reports across 3 buildings The role would be ideal for an established General Manager or DGM that comes from a high volume Contract Catering background in B&I, Events or Stadia.

Ideal Retail & Commercial Services Manager :
Experience in a management position within Contract Catering overseeing a busy site within B&I or stadia. Ideally experience can be demonstrated in retail, hospitality and colleague feeding
Strong leadership skills with a focus on development
Financial understanding and P&L management experience
Proven experience developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience
Most of all, you will need to be a real foodie!
