Retail Events Manager

The retail events manager is responsible for overseeing retail operations and coordinating events to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness.

The role requires a blend of retail management experience, event planning expertise and exceptional customer service skills.

The retail events manager will lead a team to ensure smooth daily operations, meet sales targets, and create memorable customer experiences through well-executed events.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day operations.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Analyse sales data and monitor performance against KPI's
  • Collaborate with marketing operations and external vendors.
  • Ensure an exceptional shopping and event experience for customers.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in retail management

Requirements

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Available for the full contract length
