It is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join a friendly team in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Based on our Ascot event site. The Retail Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day retail operation of the experience, ensuring that the retail stores are fully staffed and stocked and that the teams are fully briefed and trained in their roles. /p p Key Responsibilities: /p ul li Event Planning - Be fully aware of current retail strategies including product, visual merchandising and sales forecasts prior to site launch. /li li Event Operations - Ensure all retail departments' set-up or closing duties at the beginning/end of daily operations are complete, and that cleaning, stock levels and visual merchandising standards have been adhered to.- /li li Guest Experience - Ensure guest expectations are consistently met and exceeded through warm and welcoming service delivery. following the LaplandUK operating procedures and sequence of service. /li li HR - Train team members to ensure service and quality standards are consistently met.
