About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple retail construction and fit-out projects across the South East region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and organised individual with a strong background in managing retail sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple retail construction projects from inception to completion.


• Oversee site operations, ensuring health & safety compliance and quality control.


• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.


• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.


• Lead site teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.


• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues.


• Ensure all work is completed to the required specifications and brand standards.


• Report project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing retail construction or fit-out projects.


• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.


• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the South East region.
