Salary: Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Project Manager to oversee nationwide retail fit-out projects. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires extensive travel across the UK and the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end retail fit-out projects across multiple locations.


• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of project delivery, including budget control, timelines, and quality assurance.


• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.


• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure health & safety compliance.


• Manage project documentation, including reports, risk assessments, and contracts.


• Ensure projects align with brand guidelines and retail specifications.


• Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to achieve cost-effective solutions.


• Lead and motivate on-site teams, ensuring efficiency and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail fit-out project management.


• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and retail design.


• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Proficiency in project management tools and software.


• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
