With over 100 showrooms across the UK, our client is currently looking to recruit a new Retail Sales Advisor for their Edinburgh showroom. They adhere to set company procedures in line with the Operations Manual and consistently support the company in achieving its goals and strategy. This role involves selling bathrooms and other group products while delivering an outstanding sales performance through exceptional customer service.

Our client offers a competitive basic salary of up to £25,000, with OTE included—details can be discussed upon application.

• Clear communication, negotiation, and influencing skills when dealing with customers

• Relevant experience in face-to-face retail sales

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling payments, including direct client transactions and credit/debit card payments

\n

• Striving to exceed monthly and annual sales targets

\n

• Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations

\n

• Answering telephone inquiries and assisting clients with queries
