Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting exclusively for a service focused Store Manager for a specialist active wear brand based in Battersea, London! This role is Monday - Friday hours between 10am - 6pm, only 2 Saturdays a month.

Our client is a specialist business, with a rare opportunity to manage both their retail store and ecommerce business. As the Retail Store Manager, you will lead the store operations with a focus on team management and e-commerce sales. If you are looking for an environment that is not salesy but just focused on service then this is the role for you.

Retail Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the team of 3 to drive store and online sales growth
• Delivering exceptional customer service and influencing your team to do the same
• Inspiring, coaching and developing your team
• Overview day to day maintenance of the website
• HR and recruitment
• Reviews and appraisals
• Store reports
• Stock Management
• Social Media - Create content for the website to drive online sales with relevant product

Retail Store Manager Experience and Background:

• Retail Management experience
• Background in performing arts or interest in dance will be highly beneficial
• People management experience is essential
• Possess an interest and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram)
• Ability to lead and motivate
• Excellent organisational and communication skills

Salary paying up to �30,000 based on experience plus excellent benefits
